- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may still be accepted; however, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
